Stunning restored Mallorcan Finca from 1889, at only 2 km from the center of Sóller with a large garden and pool. The house sleeps 8 and has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The large covered barbeque and sitting area overlooking the garden is our renter’s favorite place. The garden offers different sitting areas among the trees and fruit trees, lemons, oranges, peaches, apples, cherries,...even a small vineyard!
Ca’n Xispa offers the perfect rental for families, friends, hikers and nature lovers who want to enjoy the Sóller valley atmosphere and the stunning Tramuntana mountain views. The famous hiking route GR221 “Barranc de Biniaraix “ starts right at the door. For beach lovers…, pleased to say that the only sandy beach in the area is only 4 km drive! Port de Soller has got a nice sandy beach with plenty of seafront restaurants, one can also organize some nice boat excursions for a day trip or a special sun set view, you can even book snorkeling and diving lessons!.
Surrounding
Soller
is a lively town, all year round, and offers plenty of nice restaurants, cafés and shops. The Cooperativa de Sant Bartomeu at exactly 1km from the house is a great place for basic supplies.
Biniaraix
Ca'n Xispa is located right below this tiny lovely enchanted village, at only 5 minutes walk you can stroll around its pebbled narrow streets and enjoy a wonderful meal at the Restaurant Es Barranc or have a drink at the bar next to it.
Fornalutx
declared one of Spain’s prettiest villages, is at 2 km from the house on a bendy road. The center of town is lovely and worth a visit. There are also some very nice restaurants there. Cafe Med is one of our favorites.
